Privacy Policy

When you buy something we collect your email address, the name you give us, the products you bought and the amount you paid. Our payment provider, Stripe, collects and processes your card details directly — those details never reach our servers and we never store them.

We store a one-way hash of the IP address associated with an order and with download attempts. We do this to investigate abuse; it is not reversible into an address.

We hold order data to fulfil your purchase, provide support, issue refunds, and meet accounting and tax record-keeping obligations.

We hold your email address so we can send transactional messages such as order confirmations and delivery links. Marketing messages are only sent if you explicitly opt in, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.

Stripe, to take payment. Our email provider, to deliver transactional email. Our hosting and database providers, to run the site. We do not sell your data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request.

Note that we may be required to retain certain order and payment records for a statutory period even after an erasure request.
