Refund Policy
When and how refunds are given for digital products.

Digital products
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, because that is the point of them.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you would normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content that right ends once delivery has begun, provided you asked for it to begin straight away and were told you would lose the right. By completing checkout you are asking for immediate access and acknowledging that, so once your download link has been issued the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies.
This does not affect your rights if something is actually wrong with what you bought — see below.
When we will refund
Losing the cancellation right does not remove your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
So: if a product is faulty, does not match its description, or you cannot access what you paid for and we cannot put it right, contact us and we will refund you.
Refund requests should include your order number and a description of the problem.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, funds usually appear within five to ten working days.
Access to any downloads or licence keys associated with a refunded order is revoked at the point of refund.
