These terms apply to every purchase made through this store. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.

All prices are shown in the currency stated on the product page. The price you pay is the price calculated and confirmed by our server at checkout.

An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed by our payment provider. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Unless a product page states otherwise, buying a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense it.

Download links are personal to your order. Sharing them may result in access being revoked.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.

If something has gone wrong, email us first — most problems are a download link or a wrong file and are fixed the same day. Include your order number.

If we cannot resolve it between us, you can escalate to your local Trading Standards service through the Citizens Advice consumer helpline.

We try to keep the store and the products available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
