What it does
- Type what you expect to come in and go out each month, in plain categories - sales, invoices paid, wages, rent, VAT, tax, drawings and more.
- It works out your bank balance at the end of every month for the next 12 months.
- Months where you would be overdrawn turn red; months below the safety level you choose turn amber.
- At a glance: your lowest balance, which month it happens, and how many months are tight.
- A chart of the balance across the year.
- An Actuals sheet for what really happened, and a Difference sheet showing where you were out.
Comes as two files - one with a made-up café’s figures to learn from, and one blank.
