WHAT IT DOES

WasteFlow UK follows a job all the way through: customer, booking, collection, waste record, documents, destination, digital waste-tracking preparation and reporting. You type each thing once - the customer's address, the waste code, the vehicle - and every later step picks it up for you. A record check on every job shows straight away if something is missing.

1. Unzip the download and double-click WasteFlow-UK.html. Nothing to install, and it works offline.
2. Click SET UP MY BUSINESS and follow six simple steps: your company, a vehicle, a driver, a customer, your first job.
3. Or click EXPLORE DEMO first to look around a made-up waste business, kept completely separate from your own data.

HOW IT SAVES DATA

Everything is saved automatically in your web browser, on your computer. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else. Because of that, your information stays on the computer and browser you use - to move it, back up on one computer and restore on the other.

BACKUP INFORMATION

Click Back up my data to save all your information to one file, and keep it somewhere safe such as a USB stick or cloud storage. The date of your last backup is always on screen, and WasteFlow UK reminds you if it has been more than a week. Restore my data puts a backup back - it replaces what is there now, so it asks first. Browser storage is not a substitute for proper business backups.
