Email Signature Builder

Type your details, choose one of three layouts, pick your colour, and press Copy. Paste it into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or anywhere else that takes a signature.

The signature is built out of HTML tables on purpose. Outlook on Windows renders email with Microsoft Word's engine, which throws away most modern layout - the fashionable signature built with flexbox collapses into a vertical mess for a large share of business recipients. Tables are ugly to write and they are what actually works.

Three layouts: a picture on the left with a coloured rule beside it, a thin colour bar down the side, or plain stacked text. Your phone, email, website and address each get a labelled line, and any of the five social links you fill in appear underneath.

Everything you type stays in this browser. There is no account, and the signature is never sent anywhere to be rendered - which matters, because the free signature sites are building a mailing list of everyone who uses them.

The preview shows the real thing on white, with the tool's own styling kept out of it, so what you see is what your recipient gets.
