About this product

Every boiler you service will need servicing again next year - HSE strongly advises gas appliances are serviced at least once a year. Most customers forget. This remembers for them.

Keep one row per customer and appliance with the date you last serviced it. 28 days before it is due, the customer gets a friendly email asking them to book; if they have not booked 14 days after it was due, they get one more. Anyone with a booking already in is left alone, and an appliance that needs doing more often - every six months, say - just has a different number on its row.

On Mondays you get a list of services due in the next month. Every reminder carries an opt-out line, and a customer marked 'No reminders' is never emailed.
