About this product

A lapsed member is the easiest sale you will make - they already know you. A friendly note at the right time brings many of them back.

Keep 'Last visit' up to date on one row per member. 90 days after their last visit, members marked YES in 'Emails OK' get a warm 'we have missed you' email with an optional offer; if they do not come back, one more a month later. Two emails per lapse, never more, and nobody who stopped coming long ago is emailed out of the blue.

It only emails people you have marked as happy to hear from you, and every email carries an opt-out line - the rules on marketing emails require both.
