About this product

Most members who lapse simply forgot. This reminds them in time, and tells you who slipped through.

One row per member with the date their membership or block ends. They get a reminder 14 days before and a last nudge 3 days before, with the price and how to renew. If it ends without being renewed, you are told the next day, and a week later they get a friendly check-in. When they renew, change the end date and it all starts again next time.
