About this product
Every new starter comes with dates that are easy to miss. This lists them all.
The main written statement of terms must be given on or before the first day of employment, and the rest - pensions, training, disciplinary and grievance procedures - within two months. It reminds you of both until you record them. Put the probation length in and it works out the end date and reminds you to hold the review. For a fixed-term contract, warnings start 60 days before it ends, so you have time to decide.
It also notes the change coming on 1 January 2027, when protection from ordinary unfair dismissal starts after 6 months' service instead of 2 years.
It is a record-keeping aid, not legal advice, and uses the rules for Great Britain as they stood in September 2026.
