About this product

The Home Office can fine an employer up to £45,000 per illegal worker for a first breach, and £60,000 for repeat breaches. A proper check before someone starts - and a follow-up for anyone with time-limited permission - is your defence.

One row per member of staff. It flags anyone with no check recorded, or a check dated after their start. For staff whose permission to work is time-limited, the follow-up check is due on or before the date it ends; you are warned 90, 60, 30 and 14 days ahead, and can ask the staff member for their new share code automatically. When someone leaves, it tells you the date you can delete the copies: they must be kept for 2 years after employment ends.

It is a record-keeping aid, not legal advice, and uses the rules for Great Britain as they stood in September 2026.
