About this product
Insurance that lapsed. A certificate that expired the week before the job. A domain that went to auction. None of these happen because somebody decided to let them - they happen because the reminder came too late to do anything useful, or never came at all.
You put the expiry dates on a sheet: what it is, who it is with, when it runs out and what it cost. It warns you ninety days out, which is when you can still shop around and where the saving actually is; then sixty, thirty and seven, each a little more pointed; then once more on the day itself. You choose those intervals.
It is the least clever automation here and probably the one that saves the most money, because the cost of missing a renewal is never small.
Everything comes to you. Nothing goes to anybody else, ever - there is no customer involved. Put Renewed in the status column and it stops.
