About this product
Training lapses quietly, and you usually find out when an inspector or insurer asks. This keeps every certificate for every person in one place.
One row per certificate. Put its expiry date, or the date it was completed and how many years it lasts. First aid at work certificates last 3 years, so a first aid row with just a completion date is worked out for you, with HSE's recommendation of a yearly refresher. Food hygiene has no legal expiry, so it is not chased unless you give it a date.
You get one email when things reach 60, 30 and 7 days, a Monday summary, and - if you switch it on - the staff member gets their own reminder 30 days before.
It is a record-keeping aid, not legal advice, and uses the rules for Great Britain as they stood in September 2026.
