About this product

The best time to hear about a problem is before it becomes a bad review. This checks in with every customer, and brings them back before your guarantee runs out.

Add a row when you finish a job. Seven days later the customer gets a short 'is everything working?' email. If the job has a guarantee, they get a reminder 30 days before it ends, inviting them to tell you about anything that needs looking at while it is still covered - which is also a natural moment to book the next piece of work.

Old jobs are never emailed out of the blue: check-ins only go in the fortnight after they are due, and guarantee reminders only while the guarantee is running. Guarantee reminders carry an opt-out line.
