About this product

A no-show costs you the slot, the travel and the mood. A reminder the day before fixes most of them, and almost nobody sends one, because remembering to send reminders is its own job.

This reads your Google Calendar - the one you already use - and at five o'clock each evening it emails everyone booked in for tomorrow. You do not keep a second list. You do not change how you book. You carry on putting appointments in the calendar and it does the rest.

It finds the person two ways: whoever is invited as a guest, or an email address typed anywhere in the title, the notes or the location. So it works whether you invite people properly or just write their address in the entry.

It knows the difference between an appointment and your own blocked-out time. Anything with busy, lunch, blocked, holiday, personal, admin or travel in the title is left alone, and that list is yours to change. All-day entries are skipped by default. It never emails you about your own appointment, and it never emails the same person twice about the same booking.
