Review Request Sender

Reviews are the cheapest marketing there is and almost nobody asks, because asking feels like begging and because you remember three days too late.

You mark a job finished on the sheet. Three days later - long enough for the work to have settled, short enough that they still remember you - the customer gets a short message thanking them and asking for a review, with your link in it.

Two things make this safe to leave running. First, one ask per person, ever. Not per job - per person. A customer who has used you four times is asked once, because the fourth request is what turns a good customer into an irritated one.

Second, the message gives an unhappy customer somewhere else to go. It says that if anything was not right, they should reply to you instead. That is there on purpose: it is the difference between asking for feedback and fishing for stars. And any row where you have put Complained, Refunded or Do not ask in the status column is never asked at all.
