About this product

The business that replies first usually gets the job. That is hard to do when an enquiry arrives at eleven at night or halfway through a Saturday.

This watches one Gmail label - you make a filter so that messages from your website form, or your contact address, land under it - and every fifteen minutes it looks. Anything new gets a short honest acknowledgement saying you have it and will come back properly, and gets written onto a sheet with their name, address, subject and the first part of what they actually said. So even the ones you have not answered yet are somewhere you can see them.

The care is in what it refuses to do. It will not reply to a no-reply address, a mailer-daemon or anything that looks automated, because two robots replying to each other is a real way to get an account suspended. It will not reply to you. It will not reply twice to the same person inside a fortnight. And if it is outside your working hours it still writes the enquiry down, and holds the reply until morning - so nothing is lost and nobody gets an email from you at 3am.
