About this product

Your appointment book, on your computer. No monthly fee, no booking-site commission, and it works without the internet.

What it does

  • Day view with a column for each person on the team - click an empty space to book, click a booking to change it.
  • Week view and a printable day list for the front desk.
  • Clash warnings: if a booking overlaps another for the same person, it asks before booking.
  • Clients: phone, email, notes (allergies, patch tests, preferences), visit history and total spent.
  • No-shows: mark them, and clients with too many in the last 12 months are flagged when you book them.
  • Reminders: one click copies a filled-in reminder message to paste into a text, WhatsApp or email.
  • Takings: completed appointments added up by service, by team member and by day, for any period. Export to a spreadsheet.

Your information stays with you

Everything is saved in your browser on your own computer. The file cannot connect to the internet at all, so nothing is ever sent anywhere. A one-click backup saves everything to a file you keep safe.
