About this product

Stop guessing your hours. Start the timer when you start a job, stop it when you finish, and the hours are ready to invoice.

What it does

  • One-click timer that keeps running if you close the page or turn off the computer.
  • Add time by hand as 1.5, 1:30 or a start and finish time - over midnight too.
  • Weekly timesheet: hours per job per day, with totals.
  • Rates for you, for each client and for each job - the most specific one wins.
  • Ready to invoice: unbilled time for each client turned into invoice lines (hours x rate) to copy, print or download. Mark it invoiced with the invoice number, so the same hours are never billed twice.
  • Rounding of timed work: exact, or up to 6, 15 or 30 minutes.
  • Reports by client and job for any period, with spreadsheet export.

Your information stays with you

Everything is saved in your browser on your own computer. The file cannot connect to the internet at all. A one-click backup saves everything to a file you keep safe.
