About this product

Half of an accountant's week is waiting for someone else's paperwork. This does the asking and the chasing, so the only clients you have to think about are the ones who ignore four emails.

You add a row for each thing you are waiting for: who, what you need, what it is for, and when you asked. On that date it sends the request. Seven days later, a reminder. Fourteen days, another. Twenty-one days, a firm final chase that says what is at stake. At twenty-eight days it stops chasing the client and emails you instead, with everything you need to pick up the phone.

If a client falls behind, it does not fire three reminders at once - it sends the one that fits where things stand. The moment you put Received in the Status column, it stops for good. It never sends the same chase twice, however many times it runs.
