About this product

Payroll deadlines never stop: a payday every month or week for every client, a PAYE payment every month, and the year-end forms. This keeps all of them in one place.

You keep one row per payroll: how often they pay, and their payday - a day of the month, 'last working day', 'last Friday', or any one real payday for weekly, fortnightly and four-weekly payrolls. A payday that falls on a weekend or bank holiday is moved to the working day before, so 25 October 2026 becomes Friday the 23rd. You are reminded five days and two days before each payday, because the Full Payment Submission has to reach HMRC on or before it.

PAYE is due on the 22nd after each tax month ends on the 5th, or quarterly on 22 July, October, January and April. Five days before, the client is reminded to pay. When the 22nd is a weekend, the reminder says so - 22 November 2026 is a Sunday.

It also tracks P60s by 31 May and, for clients with benefits in kind, P11D and P11D(b) by 6 July and Class 1A National Insurance by 22 July.

It is a reminder system, not advice: it works out dates from what you put in the sheet, using the rules as they stood in September 2026. You remain responsible for your filings. When a rule or rate changes, the setting that holds it is on the Settings tab.
