About this product

Gift vouchers are money you have taken for work you have not done yet. This keeps track of every one.

One row per voucher, with its value, expiry date and how much has been used. 'Balance' fills itself. The holder gets a reminder 30 days before it expires and a last reminder 7 days before, while there is money left on it - which brings them in rather than letting it lapse. You are told the day after a voucher expires unused, with the balance, and every run reports the total still owed on valid vouchers.

UK law does not set a minimum validity for gift vouchers, but the expiry date should be made clear to the buyer when they buy.
