About this product

Regular clients are the heart of a salon, and the easiest booking is the one that happens because a client was reminded at the right time.

One row per client and service, with their last visit and how often they usually come. On the day they are due back, they get a friendly 'time for your next appointment?' email with your booking details; if they still have not booked two weeks later, one gentle nudge. Anyone with a booking already in is left alone.

It only emails people you have marked as happy to hear from you, and every email carries an opt-out line - the rules on marketing emails require both.

Features

  • A reminder on the day each client is due back
  • One nudge 14 days later if they have not booked
  • Each service its own gap - weeks per row
  • Never emails anyone already booked
  • Only emails clients marked YES in 'Emails OK', with an opt-out line every time
  • Starts in test mode - everything comes to you until you say otherwise
  • Keeps a record of every message it sends, so nothing goes twice
  • The wording lives on a tab in the sheet, so you change it without touching code
  • An Example tab in your own sheet shows a filled-in version, with made-up data
  • Runs inside your own Google account. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else
