About this product

No-shows cost you the whole slot. This shows you exactly who is doing it, so you can ask for a deposit - and gently reminds those clients of your policy before they are due.

Log each appointment and, afterwards, its outcome: Attended, No-show, Late cancel or Cancelled. Every day it rebuilds a No-show record tab with each client's history - matched by email, so name spellings do not matter - and marks anyone with 2 no-shows or late cancellations in the last 12 months as DEPOSIT. You get one email when someone is newly flagged.

Two days before an appointment, clients who paid a deposit or are flagged get a friendly reminder of your cancellation policy, in your own words.
